1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging UB Medical Billing services or using our platform, you agree to these Master Service Agreement terms.
2. Service Scope
Services include Revenue Cycle Management, Denial Appeals, and Private Capital sourcing via trusted third-party lending partners.
3. Capital Partnerships
Any loans or expansion capital facilitated by Phase 2 programs are subject to independent credit approval by participating lenders.
